How you feel afterwards matters

People can feel great, flat, unsettled or unsure after intimacy — sometimes several of those at once. None of those reactions is wrong.

Feelings are information, not verdicts

Feeling uneasy afterwards does not automatically mean something wrong happened, and feeling fine does not mean nothing did.

Giving yourself time before drawing conclusions is reasonable.

The check-in after a session

When a CSent session ends, you can note how you are feeling. Your answer is private to you — the other participant does not see it.

If you choose "I need support", CSent points you to safety and support information. Nothing is reported to anyone on your behalf.

If it stays with you

Talking to someone you trust, or a specialist support service, can help whether or not you have decided what you think.

You do not need to be certain about what happened to be entitled to support.

CSent shares general educational information only. It does not determine whether consent legally existed, and it is not medical or legal advice.
